The HOL BASIC group completes a mission project once a month. This month they filled the totes for our Chef Hearty program with nutritious food to make a baked pasta. The bags will be distributed to the children in the Wild Plum Preschool.
As the youth were placing food items into the bags they discovered that there were extra peppers and garlic. They quickly resolved to put the extras into the bags as “the extra food can be used by the families”.
