Although we do not have visual evidence of physical activity, there have been many developments with the Wesley Townhomes project.

In September the application for the project was submitted to the City of Longmont. We received comments and questions regarding the application in mid-November.

The primary issues raised by the City relate to support of the fire suppression systems and the location and size of the trash/recycling enclosure. The enclosure issue concerns easements, tree protection, size of the enclosure and access for collection. There has been conflicting information regarding the size of the enclosure. The Inn Between, the architect and the contractor are engaging with the City to understand their concerns and determine appropriate ways to address them.

Once the issues have been addressed additional changes will have to be made to the site plan, and then the plan will be resubmitted to the City. Hopefully the application will be approved with that submission and the project can move forward.
